Soccer Shots is the best-in-class children’s soccer program with a focus on character development, for ages 2-8. We also look to develop motor skills and teamwork through sports. Our goal is simple: leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve. We want Soccer Shots to be the BEST 30 - 45 minutes of each child's week.
Job Description
Our coaches are the “face” of Soccer Shots, as they travel to our partnering locations and implement the Soccer Shots curriculum. We are currently looking for qualified coaches, preschool teachers, or other driven individuals who love working with children to join our team.

- Competitive Pay. Coaches are compensated based upon the number of sessions coached. Session rates start at $18 per 30-minute and 45-minute session. Once you have passed training, you will have the opportunity to grow from $18 to $20 per session within your first year of coaching.

Path to $20
Our Path to $20 outlines a clear and achievable way for new coaches to progress from $18 to $20 per session within their first year, supported through ongoing evaluations and training:
Our Path to $20 outlines a clear and achievable way for new coaches to progress from $18 to $20 per session within their first year, supported through ongoing evaluations and training:
- Hired at $18 - After your 14-30 day training period, pass your Training Evaluation to become a Level 1 Coach.
- $18 to $19 - Complete your first full Spring or Fall season, receive a coaching evaluation, and achieve an 80% score or higher to progress.
- $19 to $20 - Coaches will be evaluated again during the next Spring or Fall season. Score 80% or higher to complete the Path to $20!
Job Requirements
- Ability to pass a Federal and State background check and FBI fingerprinting
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Experience in early education development preferred, but not required
- Sports (soccer) experience preferred, but not required
- CPR and First Aid Certification (to be completed upon hire)
- TB test (to be completed upon hire)
- Completion of Recognizing Child Abuse & Neglect & Mandated Reporter training video (to be completed upon hire)
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
